Neotalent, centered in picturesque Lisbon with offices sprawled in Porto and Madrid, is known for delivering consulting, IT staffing services, and much more. Their managed services business offers nearshore support to clients in Portugal and Spain, which is a boon.
Conclusion was particularly captivated by Neotalent’s impressive record at managing clients and luring skill in the competitive labor market.
And here’s the deal: Conclusion has snapped up a solid 95% of Neotalent’s shares for a cool €49.4 million, courtesy of investor Novabase. What’s more, that number could nudge up closer to an additional €1 million if Neotalent smashes certain targets going forward.
This hefty deal boosts Conclusion’s headcount to more than 3,300 pros across the Netherlands, South Africa, and Portugal. And under Conclusion’s wing, Neotalent has big plans to blossom into a full-fledged IT services company.
